VERORA SPA POLICIES
Treatments are carefully planned to accommodate each and every client. We
kindly request you to be punctual, in a spirit of mutual respect.
Should any cancellation be necessary, please give us a minimum of 48 hours
notice.
To ensure efficient daily scheduling, we request that you check in at
Verona 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late,
we will still finish your treatment on time, while the normal treatment
fee remains unchanged.
Lockers are available for your belongings. We provide robes, slippers and
disposable spa underwear. We recommend that you provide your own swimwear, if preferred, for certain hydro treatments.
Hygiene is of the utmost importance to us so you can be assured of a
bacteria free environment.
