MEMBERSHIP

A Membership may be bought and is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.

You may not redeem Retail product from your Membership account.
A membership card must be produced before you have a treatment. When booking a treatment, a Membership number must be quoted.

48 hrs cancellation period required or full amount for treatments will be deducted from your Membership account.

Vouchers may be purchased against your Membership account.

If your Membership card is lost or stolen, 24hrs cancellation time is required to cancel your card. Verona Spa will not be held liable if the card is used and has not been cancelled. All re-issues of Membership cards will be replaced at a minimal fee of R25.00.
